Eligibility

1.1 The Promoter is Watt Realty Pty Ltd ABN 28 150 945 896. Watt Realty is located at Suite 1, Level 1, 605 Robinson Road, Aspley QLD 4034.
1.2. The offer is available to new customers only. Existing customers of Watt Realty are ineligible for this promotional offer
1.3 The offer is available to customers with a property located in Brisbane metropolitan areas only.

The Promotional Offer:

2.1 Watt Realty will waive the standard letting fee of one weeks rent (inc GST) where a holding deposit confirmation from a prospective tenant has not be received by Watt Realty within 14 days of the property being listed online by Watt Realty as the listing rental agency.
2.1.1 The two (2) weeks(14 day) period commences from the day after the online listing is published on online listing portals (ie, realestate.com.au, Domain etc)
2.1.2 The applicable property must be listed at an agreed weekly rental amount as per the appraisal provided by an authorised Watt Realty representative from the first day of the listing being published online.

2.2 The letting fee waiver promotional offer applies to the first instance of the property being leased by Watt Reatly and does not apply for the lifetime of your management agreement with Watt Realty.

Discretion

3.1 Watt Realty has the sole discretion to determine if these Terms and Conditions have been breached by any Eligible Participant and reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the participant has breached these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Watt Realty serves the right to not take on your property at our sole discretion for any reason.
3.3 Watt Realty reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, this promotion at any time without liability to any participant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
