Property Manager

We need a full time Property Manager with a bit of pizzazmatazz to hit the ground running on a great portfolio. You'll be working for a company that's strapped in and enjoying a stratospheric rise, prides itself on being completely unrealestatey and is passionate about delivering amazing client experiences.

What we’re looking for

The gig

  • Hit the ground running on your own portfolio. Take service, efficiency and your industry knowledge to the next level
  • Consistently unearth opportunities to improve our property management offering
  • Build and foster positive relationships with landlords and tenants with a strong client retention focus
  • Contribute to a positive company reputation

About you

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in property management (we use Agent Plus). You can do the run-of-the-mill property management stuff
  • Have your own wheels and can legally be on the road
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • A driven and motivated individual who regularly exercises initiative and who’s always down to collaborate on new strategies and approaches

What we offer

  • Full time gig. Usual client facing hours Monday to Friday
