#20 Best Brissie burbs for investors: Aspley is #1

by Kate Watt, Marketing Manager 31 August 2022

A new report has compiled a list of the top #20 Brisbane suburbs for investors.

Consolidating tips from a range of sources including SQM, Hotspotting and BuyerBuyer, the Property Tribune thinks it’s come up with a list that’s worth a look.

Certainly we can’t argue with their top spot. Aspley is pegged as the #1 location for investors looking to buy a house. Nearby Wavell Heights also claims a key spot in the housing list.

Stafford, Chermside West and Carseldine are tipped for unit buyers.

Investors considering Brisbane will have a few points in their favour, including the city’s relative affordability and the multi-billion infrastructure injection that will come with the 2032 Olympics, the report says.

House hunters should look for good sized blocks with value-add potential, and unit hunters should steer clear of mega towers but look for more boutique blocks.
