The Brisbane property market is tipped to continue its growth spurt throughout 2022 and even beyond.

But where in Brisbane should you look to buy if you want your property value to outperform the average?

There are #5 entry level suburbs worth a close look, according to Property Update. And they’re all on the north side.

Amongst the top picks is Chermside West, which for some years now has continued to grow in popularity with families.

“We are seeing this suburb really gentrifying as social housing and retirees move out, they are being replaced by younger professionals who are targeting the nearby Craigslea State School catchment,” says Property Update.

“The suburb also boasts two hospitals that draw health care professionals to the area and it benefits from the development of neighbour Chermside into a type of Satellite City.”

Keperra is on the radar for similar demographic reasons, plus it has the added benefit of a train station.

“… according to Matusik research, suburbs close to rail have grown 40% more in value over the last decade in Brisbane,” reports Property Update.
