My client Pia lives locally. We’ve managed her Nundah rental for over a year.
Pia was new to being a landlord and so was pretty particular about who she chose to look after her property. She was also upfront in that she wanted to maximise returns on the unit for the next few years so that she could buy another investment property and build her portfolio.
As soon as Pia gave us the green light, I signed up fantastic tenants immediately - after just one open! In addition I secured a rate of $20 per week above the current market value….and even better on a 12 month lease.
Pia, myself and the tenants have a great working relationship. They're fantastic tenants and I always find the unit in immaculate condition every three months when I do my rounds.
I recently re-signed the tenants for another 12 month lease at the optimum market rent.
Having the property maintained in top condition, getting great rent rates and no vacant periods yet for Pia..a dream way to start off her experience as a landlord!
