Funny man Peter Helliar holding out for $3 million

by Karleen Jentz, Copywriter 1 June 2016

Comedian Peter Helliar – co-host of The Project on Channel Ten – has listed his Melbourne fringe property with a whopping $3 million price tag. No joke!

The four-bedroom property looks more like a resort than a family home, though it’s been just that for Helliar, his wife and three kids for nine years.

Sitting on two hectares the property features five bedrooms, three bathrooms and space for six cars.

It has a separate one bedroom, one bathroom studio, perfect for the in-laws, or late nights scripting comedy skits.

And it features all the luxuries you’d expect in a celebrity home including a swimming pool, treetop vistas, security cameras, billiard room and a separate cinema.

And it comes with a street name befitting a comedian: Happy Hollow Drive.
