The Pokémon Go craze is making an emergence in the house sharing world, reports Domain, with new listings highlighting “Poke-incentives” to attract potential tenants.

One Sydney listing advertises: “Pokémon and Poke Stop right in the room, you can catch ‘em all while laying on the bed!!!”

While some consider it a drawcard, other homeowners and residents are finding Pokémon Go a pain in the proverbial.

The Verge reports on a US resident who discovered his church-conversation house had been dubbed a Pokémon Go gym, attracting players at all hours of the day and night.
