The fitness star and her former husband Bill Moore are hoping to get a record $4.5 million for their Sydney home when it goes to auction on September 19.

Bridges and Moore bought the home in 2011 for $2.35 million and are said to have spent that much again on renovations, according to Property Observer.

But in a plot that kept celebrity gossip columnists transfixed, the pair split and Bridges moved in with fellow trainer Steve “Commando” Willis. The couple are now expecting their first child.

Property Observer reports renovations were completed only recently on the three-bedroom sandstone home in Wharf Road, Birchgrove. It now features bespoke Statuarietto marble fireplaces and has been styled to within an inch of its life.

Birchgrove’s highest non-waterfront sale to date was a $4.1 million sale in 2013 on Rose Street.
