Hotspots for Riverfire views

by Kate Watt, Marketing Manager 24 September 2015

Riverfire is set to light up Brisbane’s skies this Saturday September 26 as part of the annual Brisbane Festival.

To put yourself in the centre of the Riverfire atmosphere, the Festival website recommends these vantage points: Victoria Bridge, South Bank, Kangaroo Point Cliffs, Captain Burke Park, Wilson’s Lookout, City Riverwalk, including Riverside Centre and Eagle Street Pier.

But if you’d rather stay closer to home, the Brisbane Kids website suggests donning slippers, tracksuits and PJs for the kids and heading to these suburban spots:

  • Caratel St, Stafford Heights
  • Bilsen Rd, Zeehan Rd, Rode Rd, Wavell Heights
  • Camelia Ave, Everton Hills
  • Collins Rd, Ferny Hills
  • Plucks Rd, Arana Hills
