#16 Hottest Brissie burbs for 2023

by Kate Watt, Marketing Manager 5 January 2023

It may become the crowning glory of online property lists: the inaugural Hot 100 suburbs for 2023.

Published by realestate.com.au, this mega list has been developed with input from a panel of property gurus and brings together an eclectic list of Australian suburbs tipped for greatness this year.

Around a quarter of the suburbs are here in Queensland and we’ve listed below the 16 suburbs tipped to outperform in the greater Brisbane area.

We’re not surprised to see nearby Boondall and Bracken Ridge have been nominated.

These suburbs represent great value middle ring buying. They have good rail links, convenient amenities for families and Boondall has the property wildcard that is the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, which is ripe for redevelopment.
